You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna invoices. Please review your previous invoice and contact Klarna customer service here .
You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth. Please review your payment details.
You are using a pre-paid debit card. Please use another credit or debit card.
If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as we processes your return. If you have an upcoming payment due date – sit back and relax. Please note that Klarna are an independent payment company and Windgoo have no influence over whether your payment with Klarna is accepted or not. Yes! If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your Instalments purchase early, simply log in klarna, go to the order page and select “Pay off early”.
Your second and third payments will be automatically taken from the card that you entered during the checkout process. If you need to change the payment card, simply log in to the Klarna app, head to your Instalments order and select “Change card”, then enter your new card details.
The first text message may have been the bank's authorization message, you have not been charged. Please verify your bank card's remaining balance.

As soon as your cancellation/return has been accepted, Klarna will cancell any future scheduled payment as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediatelty. Only pay for what you keep.
