What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do i need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

How long will it take to get my orders?
The average delivery time in the UK area is 3-5 working days, and the average delivery time in the EU area is 5-7 working days. The delivery time in different countries depends on the situation. If the delivery time exceeds the delivery time, please contact us by email.Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK and EU regions. Please select the correct delivery area when placing an order. If you need to modify the address, please contact us by email within 24 hours.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping), no questions asked. For our accessories, return them within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. International return orders may be subject to return shipping charges.
Please include your product serial number and complete return shipping address in your message to us and we will issue a return authorization and send you a prepaid shipping label or pick up an appointment, return the product and its accessories original package. This return policy also applies to our accessory products, however products purchased as accessories can only be returned if they have not been used. Products purchased from one of our authorized resellers will be subject to the reseller's return policy. Windgoo does not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers.

You can create an account to track your orders and start a return process if you need to.
How do i reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
